DO YOU PROVIDE DIRECT BILLING TO INSURANCE COMPANIES?

Yes. We offer direct billing for massage therapy and counselling services. For massage therapy we provide direct billing to most insurance companies including but not limited to: Green Shield Canada, Manulife, OTIP, Sunlife, Canda Life, Empire Life & more. At this time we do not do direct billing for Blue Cross.

Please note that counselling services may not be able to be directly billed. Please contact our office to discuss your particular circumstances as you may have to pay upfront and submit individually.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We are appreciative of all of our clients and we respect your time and value transparency.

Cancellations within 24-48 hours of your scheduled appointment or no show will be subjected to a 50-100% cancellation fee depending on the appointment type. If you are looking to cancel your appointment within the 24-48 hour window over the weekend please just leave us a voicemail or send us an email at contact@metanoiawindsor.com.
